First Annual Fall Fit Mix
Life's BZ Fitness, LLC, in partnership with SWAP (Sisters Who Are Powerful) and the Booker T. Dozier Recreation Complex presents the FIRST ANNUAL FALL FIT MIX! This health and fitness party has plans for your body! Come move and groove with Zumba, Bokwa, BZ Beats and Congolese Dance Fitness Instruction, and nourish yourself with a healthy smoothie or essential oils. Guest instructors include Shonece Leonard (Washington, MI); Marius Padieu (Detroit); Diamond Green (Oak Park) and a host of others, who will bring the Latin heat with their hot Zumba routines. Congolese Dance Fitness makes its premier with instructor, Biza Sompa, and includes live drumming. The evening will also include a performance from Sompa's dance and drum troupe, Bichini Bia Congo Dance Theatre. The young ladies of SWAP will be on-site, providing participants with deliciously healthy smoothies and snacks. And, doTERRA by Anna joins the party with her samples of therapeutic-grade essential oils.
