THE HEALER PROJECT (1-Day Only): SUNRISE YOGA WITH BALINESE GURU MADE SUMANTRA
As part of The Healer Project, a world healing tour, Guru Made Sumantra shares the Balinese art of healing touches with Florida residents and visitors. Guru Sumantra will teach two classes - Sunrise Yoga and Sunset Yoga (both on the beach) - at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 8am and 6pm.
Experience the wonders of Markandeya Yoga, a system of healing Yoga created by Guru Sumantra to expedite the bodys healing process. In his quest to use his personal mastery of Yoga and share it with his students, Guru Sumantra developed this method that uses the Markandeya Yoga system along with pranayama (breath) simultaneously. This technique is important for the energy, flow, movement and balancing of the mind and body. In a short time, people can feel the energy working internally. It is combined with Tantra, Astanga, Hatha and Yantra Yoga. Markandeya Yoga is taught at Pasraman Markandeya Yoga in Bali.
The Healer Project is a not-for-profit tour. All funds collected will support Guru Sumantras travels to share his gift of love and healing with remaining funds to be provided to the Gurus foundations in Bali.
As people continue to travel to Bali for their Eat. Pray. Love. personal journey, Guru Sumantra delivers a similar and powerful message of healing and finding ones self without needing to travel the distance. The only distance being in finding your mantra.
