Yoga and Mindfulness: manifesting abundance and opening the heart
Part one, of a two-part series that can be taken together or individually. Save 25% when you register for both! Part two will be held at the same location on October 10th (Columbus Day) from 4pm-7pm.
These three-hour experiential workshops will combine Kundalini, mindfulness practices, partner exercises, meditation, and creative design focusing on transformational techniques aligning mind, body, and spirit. This gathering is a safe environment to explore, dig deep, discover, and break through what has been holding you back in intimacy, career, friendships, community, relationships, and self-love. Uncovering a path for balance and openness with oneself, community, and the world. Together we will practice acceptance and healing of our being while acknowledging history, manifesting our future, and awakening consciousness in the present.
