The Museum of Tolerance invites you to a special program and book launch:
Embracing Survival is a memoir by Dydine Umunyana, a child survivor of the Rwandan genocide against the Tutsis. She was 4 years old when she was separated from her family as the genocide began. "I have learned that we cannot do for others what we cannot do for ourselves. By nourishing the light within ourselves, we find strength we never knew was there."
A book signing will follow the program.
