It's time to challenge everything that you know about improv. Here's your chance to break out of ruts, and harness techniques and philosophies from Chicago, Los Angeles and New York that are the cornerstones of modern comedy!

Get Your Shit Together is an 8-week longform improv class taught by Erin Plischke, Jennifer Cargill and Stephen Carter that is unlike any class in Seattle. This class is perfect for beginners who want to get ahead and grizzled veterans who want to push themselves.

In this class, you will:
Form a team
Perform for your friends and family in a showcase
Get to know your fellow improvisers
Get in as many reps as humanly possible
Make audiences fall in love with you
Understand modern techniques and philosophies (e.g. game, framing, emotional point of view, analogous scenes, etc.)
Master an advanced format
Become Erin, Jennifer and Stephen's best friends

Stephen has been improvising for the past 14 years. Newly returned to Seattle after a 9-year hiatus helping politicians lie in DC, he has a comedy background that includes teaching, coaching and performing longform improv. He's thrilled to be teaching this class to meet new people and to combat his chronic, paralyzing fear that no one really likes him.

Erin and Jennifer have been improvising since 1997. They've trained at ComedySportz Austin, iO Chicago, The Annoyance and The Second City Conservatory. In 2007, they moved to Seattle and have been teaching, coaching and performing ever since. They can't wait to teach you!
