For one night only chef Lynne Tolentino will be serving a very special 5-course tasting menu.
Air.Mail. is a tribute to chef Lynne's family recipes - the dishes will feature a blend of classic French dishes with a modern Filipino twist. Chef Lynne is a classically trained chef who was previously at Patina and currently chef de cuisine at Superba Food and Bread. This unique dinner is an homage to her Filipino heritage while utilizing these nostalgic dishes and ingredients in new ways.
Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
