OhmNomNamaste Presents WanderLunch
Join me for an epic day filled with fun, flow and food!
We will start will a short, All-Levels hike that will lead us to a beautiful open field. Here we will have an hour long Vinyasa Yoga practice among the sounds and scents of nature.
After our flow session we will continue our hike into the woods and embrace the dirt underneath our feet, the air in our lungs and the serenity that comes to our minds.
Our hike will circle us back to the same field we practiced in where we will have lunch.
Lunch will be a pairing of homemade Vegan treats and elixirs.
