The National Lutheran Choir's 2016-17 season begins with the ALL SAINTS program, a highly anticipated concert of remembrance and hope. Through some of the most beautiful music composed, the program offers peace for those experiencing loss and hope for the living. Works by Kevin Siegfried, Johannes Brahms, jan Bender, Arvo Part, Kim Andre Arnesen and others will affirm that "All Shall Be Well."

The National Lutheran Choir's widely attended CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL returns to the magnificent Basilica of Saint Mary in Minneapolis and First Presbyterian Church in St. Louis (MO) to deliver the message of Christ's birth. This year's program takes Kevin Siegfried's "Angels Hovering Round" as inspiration, filling the sacred space with the presence of God's messengers.

In March 2017, the choir begins its year-long tribute to the 500th Anniversary of Protestant Reformation by presenting the work of the early Lutheran composers. J.S. Bach's Cantata 80, "Ein feste Burg," based on the best-known hymn of Martin Luther, forms the centerpiece of a program of EARLY LUTHERAN MASTERS, performed with chamber orchestra, that will tour to Moorhead and Duluth before a final performance at Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.

The National Lutheran Choir sings a sacred and spiritual story and we invite you to a season that delivers a medley of experiences, old and new - reflective and joyful - full of grace and beauty. Join us!
