At The Table: Chef Rob Sevcik
Please join Chef Rob Sevcik, the former Chef de Cuisine at Rover's and Loulay Kitchen & Bar, as he premiers his menu for his upcoming new restaurant, Galerie 23.
Shop with the Chef tour experience starts at 5:00pm sharp, with the program starting sharply at 6:00pm. Please arrive on time.
Menu: Black cod poached in cultured butter and thyme Baked green apple infused with lemon vinegar Caramelized fennel Spaghetti squash sauced with a toasted hazelnut vinaigrette
The class will focus on the nuances of and technique for poaching, basic entrée composition and caramelizing ingredients vs. burning them for sweetness in a dish.
He will have samples of the dish at the end and will be available for a Q&A with guests for 30 minutes or so after class if they would like.
He will also prepare recipes to be passed out at the event.
