Join Lucia and learn to make bauletti, a traditional pasta that hails from her mothers region of Abruzzo, Italy. Bauletti means travelling case in Italian, and these are all stuffed with heavenly goodness. We'll make them with spinach and ricotta and a butter lemon cream sauce; ground beef and tomatoes and melted cheeses; pancetta, mushrooms and ricotta with a roasted hazelnut sauce, and a dessert bauletti stuffed with cappuccino cream.

This is a hands-on class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
