For those on special diets including paleo, low-carb, and gluten-free, learning to cook without grains can be a challenge. We'll explore grain-free ingredients in some delicious recipes: zoodles (zucchini noodles) with savory meat sauce; shredded chicken enchiladas with egg tortillas; grain-free pepperoni pizza bread, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
