One, Two, Three Dance!
The Willits Community Theatre is bringing One, Two, Three  Dance!, a presentation of contemporary dance, to the little stage on Van Lane on Sunday, September 4 at 7 P.M.
The show is an intimate evening of contemporary dance solos, duets and trios, said Willits dancer and businesswoman Eryn Schon. With the goal of bringing professional dance art to Willits, Schon has invited critically acclaimed dancers Rebecca Levy (Artistic Director, Jacksonville Dance Theatre),  Kara Starkweather (Mendocino Dance Project), Jenn Logan (Jenn Logan Dance, Los Angeles), Tara Ford (Willits Dance Academy), Carly Taylor and Malanie Katz to share the stage in a vibrant display of movement.



The artists work will explore issues ranging from drought to relationships, from primal yearnings to alter egos, from surviving trauma to cultivating a creative habit, and more. Dancers employ movement to deepen understanding, entertain and tell stories of cultural relevance, said Schon. One, Two, Three  Dance! will include choreographic debuts and old favorites. The stage will be alive with kinetic emotion, grace and style.
