Birthday Blast 2016- A Voice for Children
The Childrens Law Center of Central North Carolina (CLC) will welcome The Voice Semi-Finalist Braiden Sunshine as guest performer for the organizations first-annual Birthday Blast, A Voice for Children, which will be held on September 15, 2016 at 6:30, at the Millennium Center in Winston-Salem. Braiden is the nephew of the Childrens Law Centers Executive Director, Iris Sunshine. Ms. Sunshine visited the set of The Voice during Season 9 to cheer on her nephew. This 16-year-old singer/song writer from Connecticut blasted onto Season 9 of The Voice in 2015, earning a strong following early on and a coveted spot on Team Gwen, and worked his way into the semifinalist round. Braiden is a career musician who began his singing career at the age of nine. He has been a member of several bands including Silver Hammer, Madison Red, & Stone Creek. Now working with Producer and Live Nation Production Manager, Jeff Franklin, Braiden has begun a new solo career. Rocking out most recently as the opening act for Huey Lewis and the News, Braiden continues to build his fan base throughout the nation. Individual tickets will be available for $50 with a fair market value of $30 each. Sponsorships are currently available, please call Susan Gies Conley, Director of Development, at 336-831-1909 x8 for details.
