Astoria Tango Orchestra - Back at the Astoria Tango Club
After their smashing success at Lincoln Center's Midsummer Night Swing, the Astoria Tango Orchestra, conducted by the internationally acclaimed master bandoneonist Daniel Binelli, comes back home to the Astoria Tango Club.
Daniel Binelli and the Astoria Tango Orchestra, will be joined by Tango dancers: Kelly Lettieri and Diego Gorostiaga.
This event will offer tango dancers and non-dancers the chance to experience the nightlife of Buenos Aires in the 1940s and 50s with fabulous Golden Age live Tango music, casual Spanish cuisine and most of all, the vintage vibe of a one-of-a-kind nightclub.
Astoria Tango Club takes place at Centro Español, the 140-year old club (41-01 Broadway); a great place to mingle, dance, eat & drink, talk and listen. Even if you dont dare to tango you can still relax and enjoy the singular atmosphere, indulging delicious Spanish food and excellent wine.
