HDRnB is an original R&B/soul/groove band founded by in late 2010, featuring Henley Douglas Jr. (sax), John Iltis (drums), Charlie O'Neal (guitar), Brandon Tarricone (guitar), Peter Fedele (guitar), Squantch (trombone), David Walker (bass). Garret Savluk (trumpet) and Yahuba ( percussion) join .the band on some shows. HDRnB has been performing throughout New England since 2010. The band played at the 2012 Salem Jazz and Soul Festival. HDRnB has been featured on Sirius XM Radio show "The Loft" with Meg Griffin many times over the past 2 years. The band plays grooving original music with B-Side covers as well. The band performs as a 7 piece group featuring 2 guitars. During the Winter of 2014 Henley Douglas and Douglas Gimbel came to a crossroad. Doug is a professional artist in sculpture and painting. He decided to pursue his artistic endeavors looking to have a gallery show in New Orleans in about a year. Henley had a health issue with his body basically telling him it's time for a change. Henley is looking forward to move Henley-Douglas RnB into an all instrumental entity.
Krewe de Groove brings the New Orleans party wherever they play, featuring some of the North Shore's finest musicians. With its transcendence of Funk, Soul, Jam, and Roots Rock, Brandon Tarricone has brought together some of the best musicians in Massachusetts to create Krewe de Groove. After 16 years living in New Orleans, Tarricone has brought the flavor of the bayou back to New England with his guitar driven, original sound. Justin Lopes on B3 organ, John Iltis on drums, and Dave Walker on bass make up the Krewes rhythm section and their tight, syncopated pocket. Phenomenal and well known sax players Henley Douglas Jr and Eric Schindler make up the horn section, (literally) blowing up the funk that lays on top. Tarricones original compositions, vocals, and arrangements of classic New Orleans material combine to keep every show fun and danceable. With 6 original albums released between 2001-2016 and a large list of precisely chosen covers, the band plays different shows every night.
