Join Spear & Arrow Catering for it's very first Pop Up Dinner at Opal 28!

Doors open at 5:30pm, dinner starts at 6:30pm. Come early to check out some awesome local Portland businesses!

Tickets now on sale for $40 and includes wine pairing & gratuity. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

3 Course Menu:
- Soft shell crab with savory french toast
- Rockfish with Maque Choux (with wine pairing)
- Bananas Foster Bread Pudding followed by a dark chocolate rum truffle

Spear & Arrow Catering is excited to collaborate on this dinner with Chef Luis Escorcia! Born and raised in San Francisco, Luis graduated from the California Culinary Academy in SF and then moved to New Orleans to work for acclaimed Chef John Besh at Restaurant August. He now has a taste for Cajun cuisine and soul food, which he incorporates in his dishes as Chef De Cuisine at Altabira City Tavern in Portland.
