GARDEN CONCERT --Intimate evening with Rafe and Zia
Please join us for this very special concert, an intimate evening with Rafe and Zia in celebration of their engagement.
The concert will be held on August 6th in the West Seattle Arroyos. Attending this concert will help raise funds in support of Rafe and Zia's production of "The Divine Marriage", a shamanic opera.
The Divine Marriage shamanic opera musical art ritual will be featured at the Imagine Music & Arts Festival and will also serve as the ceremonial union of Rafe and Zia, who are writing and performing the original music, making the costumes, organizing and hiring the additional musicians and performers from near and far. Their shamanic opera will be held September 17th under the full moon at Doe Bay, Orcas Island, WA.
Those of us who love Rafe and Zia are joining together to raise funds to support the production of their shamanic opera. Our goal--raise $10,000. YOU can help by attending the August 6th concert, which will take place in a beautiful private garden overlooking Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains in the West Seattle Arroyos. WE HAVE TWO COUPLES THAT HAVE AGREED TO SPONSOR A MATCHING DONATION CHALLENGE. THEY WILL MATCH ALL DONATIONS (over and above the $50 ticket price), UP TO $2000. We can turn $2000 of your donations into $4000. Please help us generate these funds.
This evening garden concert will be encapsulated in ceremonial moments of beauty and magic. Reminisce in the past and step into the future!
You'll hear classic Rafe . . . from your early favorite solo acoustic songs and prayers to current projects: MiM/Music is Medicine by Rafe and Zia; and Atlanteans, a Rafe, Mark Fauver, and David Revelli project with sexy and spiritual downtempo grooves.
Chef Jenny of Mirepoix Catering, will serve her creative and delicious tapas. Wine and other beverages will be included.
