2016 MRDA Championships "LoneStar Showdown"
Texas Men's Roller Derby will host the 2016 Men's Roller Derby Association Championship, "Lone Star Showdown". This fast and heavy-hitting weekend takes place October 15-16, 2016 and will feature MRDA's top ten teams, determined by the end-of-season rankings. Competition for those spots will be especially tough as MRDA continues in its mission to encourage the growth and development of men's roller derby, with membership now at over 60 leagues, internationally.
The 2016 MRDA Championship will be held at Nytex Sports Center in North Richland Hills, Tx. Nytex is the home of the local hockey team, the Lone Star Brahmas and a premier spot to host this years Champs. Ample stadium seating will provide a quality spectator experience. The complex is located in the Ft. Worth area but is near by Denton and Dallas as well which makes up our "Golden Triangle"
Event tickets are available for $25 for a day pass to either Saturday or Sunday, or save $10 by purchasing a full weekend pass for $40! Kids ten and under free.
