Pair goes to the farm! Sunday, July 10th enjoy a day dining and touring at the certified organic Helsing Junction Farm in Rochester, 30 minutes outside of Olympia, adjacent to the Chehalis river. Dinner will be served overlooking the fields.
Chef Frankie Cannata-Bowman's sit-down feast will be served family style and will include a cider pairing from Whitewood Cider Co., organic wine pairings and a strawberry lemon eau de vie dessert pairing.
Upon arrival guests will have an opportunity to tour the fields and harvest some vegetables to take with them.
Before dinner there'll be a cash only bar serving farm berry and mint cocktails.
Four courses, service, a cider, 2 wine and a dessert eau de vie pairing, and the opportunity to pick a sample of produce to take home are included in the cost. No refunds can be issued during the week before the event.
Bathroom facilities are portable toilets.
