Tartuffe at the James J. Hill
Tartuffe is hypocrite. Plain and simple. But Orgon the owner of a large estate fails to see the true nature of his newly welcomed friend. Orgon seeks to be closer to his creator which Tartuffe helps him with but Tartuffe has his eyes set on something else: Elmire, Orgon's wife. Written in the 17th Century by Moliere, this play parallels some of our leaders today and really examines what it means to live a moderate life.

Join us at the James J. Hill as we take you on a journey back in time with the backdrop of the the Hill's home while introducing our audience to a wacky, frightful play about hypocrisy and trust.
