HEADS UP! 2016

The Lucky Penny presents HEADS UP, a dance showcase featuring choreographers of the Work Room residency program: Anicka Austin, Blake Beckham, Bella Dorado, Corian Ellisor, Sarah Freeman, Okwae A. Miller, MaryGrace Phillips, Hez Stalcup, Melissa Word, and Dance Truck.

The Lucky Penny's Work Room studio opened in 2015 as a choreographic laboratory for contemporary dance makers. Over the last year, the studio's resident choreographers have engaged in rigorous work and generative play, developing daring new performance. We invite you to share in some of their discoveries and experiments.
