Legend: music inspired by the middle east and beyond for classical guitar at St John's
One of the Northwest's most visible classical gutarists, Paul Grove has been praised by audiences, critics, composers, and teachers as an outstanding performer and teacher on the classic guitar. His love of music has brought him before enthusiastic audiences throughout the U.S., Canada, Russia, Brazil, and India. Dr. Grove is on the faculties of Gonzaga and Whitworth universities, and North Idaho College.
Michael and Keleren Millham have been actively performing in their guitar and voice duo since 1996. Their diverse background in both classical and contemporary music creates programs of brilliantly interpreted concert works and original compositions. When not busy impacting west coast audiences with a unique repertoire of sophisticated soundscapes for voice and guitar, the Millhams remain busy as teachers; Michael teaching guitar at Gonzaga and Eastern Washington Universities, and Keleren maintaining a thriving private vocal studio.
Formed in 2014 and already actively performing in the Northwest, James Reid and John Paul Shields of South Hill Guitars share a mutual love for South American music. Mr. Reid is is University of Idaho faculty with an extensive solo career and 8 solo recordings, while Mr. Shields (Spokane Falls Community College faculty) helped publish and make the CD for 'Método Guitarra Andina Peruana.'
