¨Cuba le Canta a México¨
A beautiful tribute to Mexican music with a Cuban twist ...#Cuba_Le_Canta_a_Mexico !! SF Bay Area artist and flautist Miguelito Martinez (and guest artists) recorded and developed Latin Jazz arrangements of songs by Mexican composers who are well-known in Latin America but not in the United States. Some of the composers include Mario Ruiz Armengol,Consuelo Velazquez , Guty Cardenas and Maria Griver among others. In the process Miguelito Martinez has formed a special collaboration for this concert with some of the best musicians in the Bay Area such as: Piano from Cuba Julio de la Cruz Bass from Cuba Ernesto Mazar Kindelán-Fairfiel Percussion from México Silvestre Martinez Lead Vocal from Cuba Sulkary Valverde Lead Vocal from Cuba Tito Gonzales Lead Vocal from Cuba Felix Samuel Lead Vocal from Cuba Osvaldo Carvajal Percussion from Cuba Carlitos Medrano Sax Player Isaac Narrel. Musical Director, flute, vocals and percussion, from México Miguelito Martinez.
