Opening talk "Meditation Philosophies and Practice Styles" - by Michael Yinsane.
The workshop continues with more than 8 variations taught and practiced, including various forms of Pranayama (breathing) exercises and meditations. During the day we will learn and practice different types of Meditation, we will give you the time to mingle, ask questions and digest. You will learn techniques for both relaxation and energy boosts alike.
