ROPECRAFT New Orleans
NOVEMBER 4-6, 2016 in NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA!
After the enthusiasm for ROPECRAFT-Austin, GrandMaster David and Graydancer couldn't wait a whole year to do it again. Our second event will still have all the great things that made the first ROPECRAFT so special.
It is still the convention where rope enthusiasts of all levels of experience and skill share their passion for learning, sharing and creating together. Our classes cover a comprehensive spectrum of rope bondage - both theory and practice for wide variety of experience and skill levels.
Remember this is Knot - for EVERYONE. We'll have internationally renowned performers, bedroom kinksters, fusion knots and traditional Kinbaku and everything in between. Bondage professionals, knotty dilettantes, fiber fetishists and artisanal rope makers will all be sharing the space as part of the ROPECRAFT family.
BIG EASY PLAY
Again we will have THREE NIGHTS of SEX-POSITIVE play space. Where? Right on Bourbon Street, baby, in a beautiful hotel in the French Quarter. We'll have custom lighting and equipment and 24 HOURS OF DUNGEON TIME over three days including Queer and Leather Spaces on Saturday Night! Want to brush up on your skills before the party? A 24-hour practice room is available. Well be having the popular RopenSpace event on Sunday, a Gala Dinner (you'll get purchase information following your ticket purchase) and other special events. The playspace will have plenty of room for floorwork, self-suspension, or even non-rope play if that's what you're looking for.
REVOLUTIONARY EDUCATION
Our rope education track is not just a re-hash of what you've seen before. We look for innovative classes from new presenters and new classes from innovative presenters. Beginners are welcome to learn the fundamentals of enjoyable rope bondage, and experts are welcome to challenge themselves with cutting-edge techniques. ROPECRAFT-NOLA is an opportunity to learn and create from world-class talents such as Barkas, Lizard, Em and Cat, and Sarifka Morgan (just to name a few). We go out of our way to create content for top, bottom, switch, or whatever role fits your kink.
Sunday afternoon we'll bring back the Ropenspace: a facilitated self-organizing peer education event, run on Open Space Technology, with all the ROPECRAFT instructors in attendance.
