BurlyQFit Burlesque Workshops June 4
Be Confident & Curvy! Join Eva D'Luscious for an afternoon of BurlyQFit fitness and performance choreography to help you look and feel FABULOUS! Students may attend one or both sections, performing is optional, but we have a feeling once you strut your stuff in class the stage won't be far off!
BUMP'N'GRIND BASICS 1-2pm

Sometimes life gets you down and sucks up your sexy. BurlyQFit Bump'N'Grind Basics builds Classic Burlesque dance moves into a short choreography so you play with a sassy attitude in a safe space and get your sexy back! A workout so fun you won't know it's happening, topped with a relaxing stretch session to keep you smiling.
Come dressed for a fitness class; bring yoga mat and water bottle; wear dance sneakers or fitness shoes. Please arrive 10 min early to settle in and be prepared for a prompt start.
BurlyQFit Bump'N'Grind Basics will be followed by a performance workshop that builds on the steps learned in this class.

Take your secy to the next level with performance choreography! Students may perform in the North Bay Cabaret Tribute to Tim Burton, Friday, July 15, at Whiskey Tip, Santa Rosa; performance not required to take class.
Bump'N'Grind Basics will be crafted into a simple Striptease Choreography to "Rag Doll", Vaud and The Villains, Sin and Tonic, Vol. 1. Costume costs are responsibility of performers; items listed below; please bring all costume pieces you have to class with you.
All participants will receive access to a Private YouTube video of the choreography. Those who wish to perform will meet earlier at performance venue show night to rehearse with Eva D'Luscious (you are welcome to rehearse as a group on your own too!). Performers receive +1 guest and Green Room Hospitality.
Choreography remains the property of Eva D'Luscious and may not be publicly performed without her prior written consent.
Costume Details
Students will be costumed as a rag doll, or Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas. No specific color preferences, mismatched or mixed with fellow dancers is great! Patches on various clothing pieces welcome! Spice Sensuality Boutique, Rohnert Park, offers a discount to all students of Eva D'Luscious, so tell them I sent you.
Corset (front or side zipper will be easiest to remove)
Tulle Petticoat (Aubergine, Sebastopol often carries)
Apron
Fingerless Gloves (stripes would be awesome, old socks totally work!)
Garter Belt
Stockings (yes please to more stripes!)
Panties (ruffles?)
Black Shoes (Mary Jane style if you have them)
Pasties (hearts, skulls, solid black or red -- GothFox.com is my top source)
