SHEL @ The Spot
Folk/pop band SHEL is composed of the four Holbrook sisters.
With help from Eurythmics co-founder and producer Dave Stewart, their much anticipated second full length album "Just Crazy Enough"is being released this spring.
In a crowded music scene, SHEL is a must-know young band for anyone who wants to keep up with tomorrows greats. Their spellbinding live performances tap deep skills as instrumentalists and total trust to generate improbable power on stage.
The name SHEL is an acronym for their own names, Sarah, Hannah, Eva and Liza. Eva is on lead vocals, guitar, banjo, cello, and mandolin; Hannah on vocals, accordion and keys; Sarah on vocals, bass and fiddle; and Liza on percussion, djembe, and beat boxing.
