This dinner is to celebrate Minnesota in its current season, and its diverse, cultures, farms, forests, prairies and cuisine that we have to offer as a region.
The menu will be based around what is available and note worthy from various farms, and woodlands in the region. The menu will be constantly changing until the night of the dinner.
Chad Hebert from Urban Farm Project and Andy Peterson from Peterson Craftsman Meats will be an integral part in the menu planning.
Chad Hebert operates an elaborate aquatics system raising Yellow Perch and growing indigenous Minnesota vegetables that are very rare today.
Andy Peterson is 2nd generation Beef farmer who raises a heritage French breed, Limousin. His farm practices are that of the way things used to be before the industrial farming boom. They focus on the land and sustainability of the farm as a whole.
There will be a 5 course tasting menu with optional wine pairing. The dinner will be served in two seating's, one at 6pm and another at 8pm.
The dinner cost is $50 per person. All seats need to be paid for in full, before the night of the event to ensure a spot and the best quality of food and experience for you. There are no refunds.
This is a casual event with refined simple food. Please come ready to celebrate and have a good time!!
