Experience a seasonal coursed menu, inspired wine pairings, and extraordinary company in a unique venue all while raising funds for Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin.

$300/per person inclusive of tax and gratuity
Half of the proceeds donated to PPAWI

Substitutions are available for vegetarians and those with food allergies. This is a seasonal menu, so ingredients are subject to change. This is a 21 and over event.

Bite: Chorizo & Cherry Tomato Flatbread, Housemade Herb Chevre and Pickled Jimmy Nardello Peppers

Course 1: Compressed Melon and Heirloom Tomato Salad, Petit Nuage, Rooftop Garden Herbs, and Saba with a sparkling wine

Course 2: Seared Black Cod, Miso Poached Kohlrabi, Pickled Cherry, Arugula and Sesame-Verbena Vinaigrette with a white wine

Course 3: Sorghum Bacon Wrapped Chicken Roulade, Preserved Chanterelles, Grilled Sweet Corn Custard, Wild Hazelnuts and Red Pepper Oil with a red wine

Course 4:Cheese Plate - Selection of Wisconsin Cheese, Housemade Jam & Crostini with a sherry

Course 5: Thyme~Peach Tarte Tatin, Homemade Ricotta & Thyme Glaze served with Anodyne Coffee
