Studio 49 presents... "COVERS"
This year's Dancical stars our senior dancer, Mackenzie Garner! Mackenzie plays Anna, a girl who's house gets struck by lightening during a late night storm. When she wakes up the next morning, everything is a bit off. She goes through her next few days a bit confused, as her life is the same.... but different. Anna's alternate reality seems to be a "Cover" of her real one, you will notice all the songs being danced to are covers of the originals.
Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Ballet, Contemporary and Acrobatics are performed by all levels and classes at Studio 49! This show features the advanced company along with the Junior and Teen companies, the Mini I & Mini II Levels and our recreational dancers which include dancers in their first, second and third year of dancing.
Join us Friday May 6th at 7:30pm in the Wendy Williamson theatre at UAA for an amazing night of dancing!
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door, ages 6 and under are free!
Pre-show Flower sales and a post-show bake sale serve as fundraisers for dancers traveling to nationals in Las Vegas this July!
