A Classic TV Nite of Dreams Fundraiser Gala
Join Sherry Alberoni ("The Mouseketeers"), Stan Livingston ("My Three Sons"), Paul Petersen ("The Donna Reed Show") and host, Kathy Garver ("Family Affair"), at the Anaheim White House on May 22nd for an evening of fundraising, cocktails and fine dining.
JUST ADDED! - Paul Michael Glaser (Starsky from the hit TV series "Starsky & Hutch") is our VERY SPECIAL GUEST!
Your ticket is tax-deductible and will be divided among three organizations - the Classic TV Preservation Society, Caterina's Club and the Donna Reed Foundation for the Performing Arts. Also on hand will be the Lucille Ball Collection presented by Barry Barsamian. There will also be a silent auction that evening to raise funds for Dick York's ("Bewitched") long overdue star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Classic TV Preservation Society strives to educate individuals, community, arts/media, business and academic organizations and institutions on the social significance and positive influence of classic television programming, with specific regard to family values, diversity in the work place, and mutual respect for all people of every cultural background and heritage, race and creed.
Caterinas Club, founded by Chef Bruno Serato of the Anaheim White House, serves over 1,800 low-income children a nutritionally balanced meal of freshly made pasta and vegetables five nights a week, 365 days a year. The Club averages 6,000 meals per week and, to date, over one million meals have been served. In addition to feeding the children, Caterinas Club began assisting families in need, relocating them from motels to homes.
The Donna Reed Foundation for the Performing Arts was created to honor her accomplishments and keep her dream alive by recognizing, encouraging and supporting talented individuals pursuing an education and career in the performing arts.
