The 5Rhythms (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness) are a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. The 5Rhythms take us just as we are, regardless of our life cycle, gender, physical limitations or experience.

Lorca Simons is the Artistic Co-Director of 5RT, the theater wing of the 5Rhythms world. A place she has stepped into with her expansive Texan feet first. Born into an experimental theatre family she had her artistic beginnings at her fathers Hip Pocket. She has blazed through productions from Off Broadway to fringe, her talents can also be seen in television and film. Educated in traditional theater she followed her instincts to the unique directing vibration known as Gabrielle Roth and a 19 year creative collaboration bloomed. Amber Ryan is the Founder and Creator or Sacred Arts Space and Kids In Motion: Nosara. Her roots are in dance and the theatre. She has an embodiment and articulation of the 5Rhythms practice that inspires depth and expansion. Her musical journeys deliver us into the heart & soul of our own beat and her leadership invites us to share our uniqueness in community. She studied with Founder Gabrielle Roth in NYC for 10 years, served as faculty on Gabrielle's first 5Rhythms Reach Out for Kids, and is on the annual staff of Omega's program at Blue Spirit in Nosara, Costa Rica. She travels internationally sharing her love and understanding of the 5Rhythms practice.
