Noise Floor Sessions - 1 Year Anniversary Party!
The Backdrop: Last May I was asked to put together a local bill to support a touring artist from Maine. I chose to highlight a collection of local singer songwriters and titled the show Noise Floor Sessions. The response I received that night pushed me to solidify my place in the scene: to turn up the volume on the underground music of Boston. Every month since then, Noise Floor Sessions has been pushing into some of Boston's hottest venues, introducing emerging artists to an ever growing fan base.
This month, to celebrate our first birthday, we're breaking into the one and only House of Blues Foundation Room in Fenway!
The Line-up: A scene favorite, the soul-filled Berklee born funk band --> ZILLA, will be headlining this night with special guests: Cherry Mellow and hip hop artist, Latrell James. Of course, I, your humble host, will be rocking the mic as well!
This show represents an incredible milestone for NFS: one that could never have been reached without your support. Thank you for your commitment to support local! You're all absurdly awesome, and I sincerely hope you'll join us on this special night!
