Join ACE Mentor Students, Parents, Teachers, Team Leaders and Mentors for our Annual Student Presentations and Scholarship Luncheon scheduled for Saturday, May 21 from 10 am to 2 pm at San Diego State University's Student Union.
Students will be divided by school Teams to present in presentation rooms at the Student Union so arrive early to check in and get to your school room location for your presentation.
All attendees are asked to register by May 9 (see instructions below if you need to register after May 9).
STUDENTS: You may enter 3 attendees (you and your 2 guests).
1. Choose the number of attendees (1-3) and click on brown link called ADD TO CART.
2. ENTER ONLY YOUR GUEST NAMES IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE SECTION or TBD if you don't know who is attending with you. Contact ACE at our email by May 19 once you know who will attend with you. Click on NEXT.
3. In ATTENDEE DETAILS enter your name, your ACE SCHOOL NAME goes into the Company/Org area. Enter your email and phone info. Click on COMPLETE ORDER.
4. You may print your ticket to confirm you have registered.
TEACHERS, MENTORS, ACE SUPPORTERS:
1. Choose the number of attendees (1) and click on brown link called ADD TO CART.
2. ENTER "NG" IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE SECTION since Teachers and Mentors have no guests and click on NEXT.
3. In ATTENDEE DETAILS enter your name, your ACE SCHOOL NAME or FIRM NAME goes into the Company/Org area. Enter your email and phone info. Click on COMPLETE ORDER.
4. You may print your ticket to confirm you have registered.
If you have not registered by May 9, please email your RSVP no later than May 19 to ACESD@SBCGLOBAL.NET and provide your name, school/firm name and student guest names.
Hosted parking for our event is in parking structure PS-6 (exit onto Zura Way off of College Avenue).
ACE San Diego cannot guarantee seating or a hosted lunch for any walk-in students or guests.
