YALLWEST ALL-STAR SMACKDOWN & TIGER BEAT FINALE
Always our most fun & most popular YALLFEST event, the YA SMACKDOWN comes to the Best Coast for the second annual YALLWEST. This all-star jam brings our entire cast of featured authors on stage at once, with only a few party-poopery exceptions.

Don't be surprised if you see YA & MG headliners like Richelle Mead, Veronica Roth, Marie Lu, Tahereh Mafi, Melissa de la Cruz, Kami Garcia, Margaret Stohl, Pseudonymous Bosch, Leigh Bardugo, Nicola Yoon - and many more - join Brendan Reichs & Ransom Riggs in onstage mayhem. Root for your favorites in what is guaranteed to be the funniest (and most embarrassing) hour of the festival. This one is a DON'T MISS.

Wrapping things up will be a mind-melting, roof-blowing performance by all-author band Tiger Beat, featuring Printz-winning, bestselling Libba Bray (THE DIVINERS) and fabulous YA authors Daniel Ehrenhaft, Barnabas Miller, and Natalie Standiford. If you're lucky, you'll be doing the Time Warp with Tiger Beat (not to mention 50+ awkward authors) in the very near future.
