Burning Foot is, first and foremost, a celebration of local craft beer; however, the festival also intends to highlight the lakeshores stunning natural beauty (and hot summer sand). Bordered by sand dunes to the east and Lake Michigan to the west, Pere Marquette Park provides world-class natural surroundings from every vantage point. In addition to the views and brews, Burning Foot will showcase local music acts and food vendors, ensuring that festival goers experience the full flavor of life along the lakeshore.
Burning Foot is the bastard love child of the Lakeshore Brewers Guild, a group brought together by their love of craft beer and the lakeshores natural beauty. United by their common bonds, the organizers set out to craft a festival that offers the quintessential lakeshore experience: Beer, Beaches, and a big ass Bonfire. Proceeds from the festival will be used to further promote the lakeshores craft breweries, as well as benefit local charitable causes, with an emphasis on continuing to improve and beautify the lakeshore region.
