Journey into the Sacred Feminine
How do we empower ourselves with self-love, confidence, forgiveness and acceptance instead of self-judgment and criticism? How do I learn to support and love other women instead of swimming in the negative emotions of jealousy, envy, and gossip that our society encourages? These and other concepts will be explored in our 4-week series for women, inspiring and awakening you to a deeper understanding and experience of the power of feminine energy.
We will do individual practices for creating self-awareness around our attitudes, thoughts, and actions, partner exercises for learning how to resonate with and support other women with joy and enthusiasm, and group practices to explore direct communication, unconditional love, and cultivating an attitude of personal and collective empowerment.
Our work will include:
-recognizing positive and negative thought patterns
- reprogramming our self-critique language into self-acceptance
- how to listen and communicate more effectively
- how to transform our energy into a flow of creativity and joy
We will do some physical movement with energy, dance, and yoga, and some of our practices will also be theoretical and contemplative. Come dance, sing, and play with Shakti, the Divine feminine in you!
Series dates: June 2, 9, 16 & 23
As the work will build on itself each week, registration in the entire series is necessary. Please contact Grace with specific questions.

For the past 8 years, Grace has taught Yoga and helped to create communities steeped in truthful connection and conscious living wherever she happened to be on the globe. Her favorite offerings are those which focus on personal empowerment, finding our authentic voices and living with intentional and fearless connection, especially for women and through the lens of Sacred Femininity. She has led discussion groups, workshops, womens groups, and classes in 6 countries with a focus on bringing a Yogic approach into every area of our lives. Through Yoga, she has found a deep sense of peace and trust, and hopes to share this in her teachings.
