Reading Between the Wines
Who does Literacy Network serve? Why do some local adults have low literacy? What is the impact of low literacy on their lives?
Join us for our popular annual celebration of adult learners in Literacy Network programs, where some of them will read personal essays on the impact of literacy in their lives.
You will get to meet some of the community members who come to Literacy Network for help, and learn about how they overcome obstacles.
Tickets include wine, appetizers, and the opportunity to bid on fantastic silent auction items. Your attendance at this annual event supports Literacy Network's vital programs, and the work of adults striving to improve their lives through literacy.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Event program begins at 7:15 pm.
