No matter your relationship status, there's no better way to say "I love you", "I like you" or "I think you're neat" on Valentine's Day than with a romantic candlelit dinner. Join us on Sunday at Stock for a four-course, hand-selected menu featuring local ingredients like fresh Taylor Shellfish manila clams.

Because nothing ruins romance like dirty dishes.

Each menu item can be easily modified to be vegetarian-friendly. Tickets for the four-course menu are $60 per person. Wine, beer, prosecco and other beverages available for purchase. Full menu details follow.

Valentines Evening Dinner Menu
Course 1: Roasted beet and arugula salad with crispy panko and Marcona almond crusted chevre cakes (vegetarian-friendly)

Course 2: Linguini with fresh Taylor Shellfish manila clams, cashew basil pesto cream sauce or Linguini with oyster mushrooms, cashew basil pesto cream sauce (vegetarian-friendly)

Course 3: Oregon lamb shank braised with red wine and local organic leeks. Served with roasted potatoes dressed in leek-thyme butter sauce and fresh lemon juice or Rich red lentil stew (vegetarian-friendly)

Dessert: Spiced Washington apple crisp with ginger gelato or a Plate of Assorted Cheeses
