Presenters from the NYS Division of Historic Preservation will provide an intro to New York States Certified Local Government Program and the State and National Registers, including historic resources surveys; nominations; benefits and responsibilities. City of Buffalo Preservation Board Chair, Paul McDonnell, will present the local perspective on how Local Historic Districts function, including their establishment, benefits and responsibilities.
