20th Annual Implement The King Dream Awards Gala
NORFOLK, VA As Americans celebrate Black History Month which marks an important month historically for all Americans, we pause to recognize those contributions from African Americans whom we will always remain indebted to. One person specifically is the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. a man we pay tribute to who exhibited love and stood for equality and justice for all persons. We also pay tribute to local honorees who will be recognized for their selfless acts of:
- Promoting non-violent social changes through community involvement.
- Extending love unselfishly and always willing to assist those in need.
- Supporting community programs that advocate personal growth and development.
- Exhibiting high self-esteem with dignity and self-motivation with compassion
The following persons will be honored with the Implement The King Dream Award for living Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.s Dream on a daily basis:
