Mal Blum at Fremont Abbey (ALL AGES)
Come join us for an afternoon of comedy, poetry and music with New York musician, Mal Blum whose lyricism is absolutely iridescent! Plus a comedy set by Seattle's purveyor of superb hilarity with a dash of beautiful geekery, Elicia Sanchez. Plus a short opening set by Ravella Riffenburg, and Danielle K.L. Gregoire, and other special guests!
Where: 1st floor at the Fremont Abbey When: Saturday, March 5th doors at 1pm, show at 1:30pm What: An absolutely phenomenal show that will likely lift your spirits and grow your heart, at the same time. Cost: $10 in advance, $15 at the door

Performers bios:
Mal Blum is a musician and lyricist who resides New York, New York, whose music speaks for itself. They have five self produced, and crowd funded albums, and a new album was released in 2015 on Don Giovanni records. They have performed multiple time on the Chris Gethard Show and this quote from Chris Gethard sums them up nicely:
"The thing about Mal's songs is that they will rip your heart out of your fucking chest but also will make you laugh at the same time"

Elicia Sanchez:
A Seattle-based stand-up comedian,host of Seattle's Moth storySLAM, writer and comic book reader, Elicia Sanchez has been performing all over the West Coast since 2010. Danielle K.L. Gregoire:
Danielle K.L. Gregoire is a stand up comedian, producer of the Moth's storySLAM in Seattle, founder of the Comedy Womb(now the Comedy Nest), and stay at home parent to two small humans. She is also now in a band(!),Sea of Slugs.
Ravella Riffenburg:
Ravella Riffenburg is a musician, stand up comic, poet and a human with a lot of heart. She is part of Sea of Slugs, and can be found talking to strangers all over the city and making the world a more beautiful and nuanced place with her presence.
