PMC Fundraiser Dinner and Auction for Team Daniel's Posse
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED!
A buffet dinner and silent auction will be held at the Cask 'n Flagon in Marshfield, MA on May 26, 2016 to raise funds to aid in finding a cure for cancer and in support of the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) and Team Daniel's Posse, sponsored by the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association.
Tickets can be purchased online on this site, or by sending a ticket request along with a check ($100 per ticket) made out to MCOPA to Tab Mills, 139 Gorham Road, Harwichport, MA 02646.
The Pan-Mass Challenge raises more money than any other athletic fundraising event in the country. The PMC generates more than 50% of the Jimmy Fund's annual revenue and it is Dana-Farber's single largest contributor. Over the past 36 years, PMC cyclists have ridden to raise and contribute $500 million to cancer research. In 2016 alone PMC riders plan to raise $46 million to support finding a cure for cancer.
Team Daniel's Posse, named in memory of Daniel Patrick Dillon (son of Chief of Plympton Police Department), who at only 14 lost his battle with Germinoma, a rare form of brain cancer, in February of 2012. Team Daniel's Posse has raised more than $500,000 for the PMC since its formation in 2007.
A cure is truly "Closer by the Mile!"
