We are a pre-work / pre-day dance party equipped with:
4 hours of upbeat moving & grooving
Yoga
Massage
Healthy breakfast
Coffee
Hugs, smiles, high-fives, and quirky nonsense (of course)
No booze, just the HIGH you can only get from dance, community, and LOVE! (Okay, and the coffee helps too) ;)
