Nossa Comunidade Drum Workshop
Join us for Super Sonic Samba School's Nossa Comunidade Drum Workshop with Super Sonic's very own Drum Leader Amy Cadle. Amy will be teaching arrangements of folkloric Brazilian rhythms for the samba bateria. Rhythms like Forro, Barravento, and Avamunha will be taken from their traditional instrumentation and voiced on surdos, caixas, repiniques, timbaus, tamborims, and bells. All levels are welcome to attend and many instruments will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you have one.
