As women, we have extraordinary creative gifts encoded in our soul, but what often keeps us from sharing these gifts is self-doubt, self-judgment, and a fear of failure. When we're forced to co-exist with these pain-body states,in order to survive we resort to numbing or dissociating from our bodies. The result is that we deprive ourselves of intuitive wisdom, pleasure, and vital creative energy.
In this therapeutic circle, we learn to partner with our bodies to uncover the luminous jewels of our creative spirit. We'll learn the fascinating science behind what's stopping our full expression, and with this knowledge,bloom wildly into our full potential.

- Learn to love yourself and your body unconditionally, and enjoy more pleasure
- Turn shame, guilt, regret, and heartbreak into creative fuel

- Play with your unique "art": writing, drawing, dancing, singing, dreaming, etc.
