Comedy Night @ Millhill Featuring David Heti
David Heti is comedy's dark philosopher. His 2015 debut, It was ok (Stand Up! Records), was hailed as "deftly subversive" by The Comedy Network and "piquant and twistedly droll... self-deprecation to another level" by the Montreal Gazette. He has appeared in JFL42 and The Dark Comedy Fest and his comedy can be heard on SiriusXM. He has toured from Maine to Florida to California and has opened for comics such as Todd Barry and Brian Posehn. Doug Stanhope has called him a "brilliant comic... wicked funny." He teaches comedy writing at McGill University, is a contributing writer to VICE and has degrees in Philosophy and Law. This February he will be featured "Qulture," Vermont PBS' documentary series on the underground arts scene in Montreal.

Born and raised in New York, Stephen Spinola has had big dreams of being the most underrated Comedian of his generation since the age of six. He now lives those dreams producing silly Internet videos and performing live stand up comedy all across North America, randomly wowing audiences overseas. Boasting a twitter following of 25,000+, Stephen's work has been mentioned on @midnight's Top Ten Lists, Cheezburger.com, and The Huffington Post.

It was in Montreal that Stephen began producing shows and winning comedy competitions all while earning a degree in Physics at McGill University. In just 6 years, he's performed on some of the most prestigious stages in North America and disappointed his parents across the globe.

Having taken part in all the dopest comedy festivals including Laughing Skull Festival in Atlanta, NXNE Festival in Toronto, and Just For Laughs' ZooFest in Montreal, Stephen has found himself opening for big names such as Jim Gaffigan, Big Jay Oakerson, Elliot Chang, and Paul Provenza. He has a high-energy act, a devilish charm, and slick delivery that captivates audiences and leaves them wanting more.
