Sienna's Executive Chef Cassie Buchholtz has created a delicious 4 course menu for a memorable Valentines Day Dinner for 2. You will start your experience with a glass of Gloria Ferrer Sparkling wine at a romantic table for 2 in one of Sienna's 3 dining rooms.
Then you will be offered your choice of first course of either a Honeycrisp apple salad with baby kale, candied almonds, roasted golden beets, Gorgonzola cheese and pomegranate vinaigrette OR a Cherry tomato and fresh mozzarella salad with mixed greens, red onions, garlic croutons and balsalmic-pesto vinaigrette.
From there you will enjoy your choice of a glass of Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon or Frank Family Chardonnay with your Second course either a Bay scallop and mussel cioppino with fennel, cilantro and crispy red skin potatoes and a toasted crostini OR Grilled pork tenderloin over chorizo, English pea and lima bean succotash with a sun-dried tomato Bearnaise.
The third course offered will be the Entree course offering either a Grilled and butter marinated Prime NY steak with loaded mashed potatoes, asparagus medley and chile-lime compound butter OR Blackened Chilean Sea Bass over herbed rice pilaf, garlic haricot verts and miso-cilantro glaze.
As the finale you will be presented with a special Dessert for two- Flourless Chocolate Cake with strawberry-champagne mousse and hibiscus simple syrup.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. Call Sienna for any parties larger than 4.
