How do you make music in the moment, jam confidently with folks you've never met or say something different every time you step up to play a solo?How can you live more in the moment and without a net? This class can benefit ANYONE'S connection to spontaneity and flow in music - whether you think you're musical or not!
Joe teaches musical improvisation from a theater model rather than a jazz model. He connects improvisation to what you already do and moves you forward from there. Think and respond differently about sound as Joe shows you the connection between your speech & the language of music and movement. This session will stretch you & may well change some of your perceptions of what music is. It's a fun & enlightening romp!
