This workshop is led by Mamie Chow, a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who believes that we are the most powerful agents of change for our health and our communities. Since 2011, Mamie has been coaching her patients on how to use traditional food wisdom to heal a variety of ailments and how to do so easily and efficiently. Knowing how much pleasure food can provide, Mamie is committed to helping people optimize their health while keeping their bellies deliciously satisfied.
